did three rounds...
each round lasting around one hour..
MY ARM WAS FREAKING BREAKING..
the flag how heavy..
had to lock your arm at such a position..
physically and mentally exhaustive sia..
even after some time the holster also feels terrible..

after the second round..
i can't even feel my beret anymore la..
i think my forehead numb liao..
lol
